For shirt designs with the Personalized section, please add the text you want to print on the shirt in the text input box. Or write any requests you want in the box. Alternatively, you can email us your request. We are always ready to support.

Print on the Front, Back, or Both sides?

By default, the design image will be printed on the front of the shirt, and you can keep this option. If you want to print on the back of the shirt only, please select 'Back'. If you want to print the image on both the front and back sides of the shirt, please select 'Both sides'.

Note: For some personalized shirt designs, you must select "Both sides" if you want to have a custom image on the back. We will email you if we need clarification on your request.

If the shirt you choose has the same color as the print, how will it be adjusted?

To ensure your print is noticeable, our design team will modify the design. For elements that are similar to the background color, we will make slight adjustments to achieve a balanced look. However, the overall design of the product will remain unchanged.

You're interested in a new shirt that has the same features as one displayed on our website, but you're unsure how to purchase it?

Please contact us immediately at the following email address: [email protected]. Send a link or image of the product and the product type you prefer. We will generate a sample image according to your specifications and send it back for you to choose from.

Struggling to determine the right size?

Refer to the Size Guide provided above and select the appropriate size for you. If you mistakenly order an incorrect size, email us immediately before the order goes into production. If the order is already in production, we won't be able to make changes. Be cautious when choosing your size!

What should you do if you input an incorrect address?

If you provided the wrong address and your order hasn't been shipped yet, email us promptly at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, send it back to us with the correct new address, and we will resend the order to you. However, we won't be responsible for reshipping to the new address, and you will incur additional charges. Ensure you enter the correct address when placing your orders!

You received your order but noticed some errors (incorrect print, wrong color, etc.), what should you do?

Simply take a photo of the received order along with your order number. If the delivered item(s) are faulty or deteriorate after the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. There's no need to send the items back to us.
